DronHang Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 September 2026

English version. In case of any difference, the Polish version is the binding one. This translation is here so that pilots outside Poland know what they are agreeing to.

DronHang is the new name of the service previously called Dron Hub — the same app, the same operator, the same accounts and data.

1. What this is about

DronHang is an app for FPV drone pilots: a hangar with every drone written down part by part, a flight log with clips and a spot map, a feed of other pilots' posts, private messages, trainings and competitions. The competition calendar and the organiser panel also work on the dronhang.com site.

The app is operated by Tymon Mikołajczak, contact: kontakt@dronhang.com.

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you disagree with them, simply do not create an account.

2. Account

  • an account is created by a person who is 16 or older
  • one person, one account — accounts created to get around a block are deleted
  • you are responsible for what happens on your account; do not share it
  • you delete the account yourself, at any time: Profile → Menu → Settings → Delete account

To use the app you need a phone with Android 7.0 or newer, internet access and an e-mail address or a Google account. The organiser panel on the site works in an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled.

3. Your content

Photos, clips, descriptions and drone parts lists stay yours. We take no rights to them.

By publishing them you give us a free, non-exclusive permission — without territorial limits — for what the app could not work without:

  • storing them and showing them to other users in the app,
  • downsizing photos and clips and making thumbnails,
  • translating the text into a reader's language when they press "Translate",
  • showing the competitions you organise on the dronhang.com site.

The permission ends when you delete the content or the account.

You are responsible for having the right to publish what you publish. Someone else's YouTube video does not become yours by being uploaded here.

4. What is not allowed

  • publishing other people's photos and videos as your own
  • insulting, harassing, threatening, inciting hatred
  • publishing pornographic, graphic or illegal content
  • exploiting children, or publishing or sending anything that sexualises them — an account breaking this rule is deleted at once and the case is reported to the Police. Details: Child safety standards
  • publishing flight material that is plainly dangerous to people or that breaks aviation rules
  • sharing publicly a flying place you have no right to enter or that is someone else's private property — a place marked as public is visible to every pilot
  • spamming, advertising without an agreement, impersonating others
  • getting around the app's safeguards, harvesting other users' data, scraping the service automatically

5. Reports and blocks

Every post, comment and profile has a menu with a report. The report goes to the operator, not to the author — nobody finds out who sent it.

A block works both ways: you will not see the blocked pilot's content, and they will not see yours, comment on it or like it. A block also removes follows in both directions. You undo it in Profile → Menu → Settings → Blocked.

We review reports by hand. Content that breaks these terms is removed, and an account that keeps doing it is blocked or deleted. We have no robot that hides content after a number of reports — in a small community such a robot would be a harassment tool, not protection.

Do you think a decision was wrong? Write to kontakt@dronhang.com.

6. Competitions

Signing up. You sign up for a competition in the app. You give the details the organiser asks for and pick the drone you start with. The details must be true. The sign-up is an agreement between you and the organiser — DronHang is not a party to it. The entry fee, the rules of the start and any refund are set by the organiser.

Organising a competition.

  1. Any pilot with an account can add a competition, on dronhang.com. We publish it after a review and may refuse to publish, or cancel, competitions that mislead, will not take place or break the law.
  2. The organiser is responsible for running the competition, for its safety, for compliance with drone flight rules and for the accuracy of the date, place and entry fee.
  3. The organiser is the controller of the competitor data they receive through the sign-up form. They use it only to run that competition, do not pass it on and delete it once it is no longer needed.
  4. The entry fee is settled between the organiser and the competitor. DronHang does not handle the payment as long as payments are not in the app.
  5. Everyone signed up sees a cancellation. Refunding the entry fee is the organiser's matter.

7. Liability

The app is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it will be free of bugs.

Parts lists and specifications come from users and from manufacturers. They are not technical advice. How you build and how you fly your drone is your responsibility — including following the aviation rules that apply where you fly.

We are not responsible for content published by users. We act on reports.

8. Complaints

If the app does not work as these terms describe, write to kontakt@dronhang.com. Give your username, describe what does not work and — if you can — attach a screenshot. We will reply within 14 days.

A small bug is quicker to report straight from the app: Profile → Menu → Send us a note. We do not reply to those notes, but we read every one.

9. Changes to the terms

We will warn about important changes in the app before they take effect. If you disagree with them, you can delete your account.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep every right granted by mandatory provisions of law — including the right to a court with jurisdiction over your place of residence. You may also use out-of-court dispute resolution.

11. Privacy

How we process data is described in the Privacy policy.
