Deleting your DronHang account

Last updated: 30 September 2026

English version. In case of any difference, the Polish version is the binding one.

This page is about the DronHang app. You can delete your account yourself, in the app, or ask us to do it by e-mail — including when you no longer have the app on your phone.

1. Deleting in the app

  1. Open DronHang and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Menu → Settings.
  3. Press Delete account and confirm.

The account disappears straight away. You do not have to write to anyone.

2. Asking by e-mail

Write to kontakt@dronhang.com from the address the account is registered to, with the subject "Account deletion". Give your username if you remember it. We delete the account within 7 days and write back once it is done. A message from a different address is not enough — we cannot delete someone else's account on someone's request.

3. What we delete

Everything tied to the account, immediately and with no backup copy:

  • the account and profile, the profile photo,
  • the drones in the hangar with their photos,
  • the flight log, saved places,
  • posts, photos, clips, comments and likes,
  • chats with their messages — entirely, on the other side as well,
  • trainings and notes,
  • competition sign-ups and the details saved for sign-ups; and when an organiser deletes their account — their competitions together with the sign-ups.

An account with Sign in with Apple: when you delete it on an iPhone, you confirm it in Apple's sheet and we revoke DronHang's access in your Apple ID — the app disappears from the list in your Apple ID settings. When the account is deleted by e-mail or on Android, revoke it yourself: Settings → your Apple account (at the very top) → Sign in with Apple → DronHang.

4. What stays

  • Notes sent from the app — with no link to the account, because they usually describe a bug we are still fixing. If you want those gone too, write to kontakt@dronhang.com before deleting the account; afterwards they cannot be recognised.
  • A copy of the sign-up list that a competition organiser downloaded earlier as a file — that copy is not under our control.
  • Files from individually deleted posts, flights and drones disappear from storage at the next clean-up, usually the following night.
