Child safety standards at DronHang
Last updated: 30 September 2026
English version. In case of any difference, the Polish version is the binding one.
This page is about the DronHang app and describes how we prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). App operator: Tymon Mikołajczak, contact: kontakt@dronhang.com.
1. Zero tolerance
There is no place in DronHang for any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation. This covers everything that can be published or sent in the app: posts, photos, clips, comments, profiles and private messages.
In particular, it is forbidden to:
- publish, send or possess child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — including drawings, graphics and computer-generated material,
- share any content that sexualises people under 18,
- contact a minor for sexual purposes (grooming), or pressure them to send photos or to meet,
- blackmail anyone with intimate material (sextortion),
- traffic children or act as an intermediary in their exploitation,
- share links to such content or point to where it can be found.
Breaking these rules ends in immediate removal of the content and the account — without a warning. Any further account of the same person that we notice is removed the same way.
2. Who the app is for
DronHang is an app for FPV drone pilots. An account can be created by a person who is at least 16 years old — as the terms of service state. The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. We delete the account of anyone under 16 once it is reported.
3. How to report
In the app. Every post, comment and profile has a ⋮ menu with "Report post", "Report comment" or "Report pilot". Choose "Child safety" as the reason — it is first on the list, and such a report reaches us marked as urgent. The report reaches only us — the author will not learn who sent it. If disturbing messages arrive in a private conversation, report the profile of the person writing them and describe what happened in the notes field.
Block. From the same menu you block the person immediately. The block works both ways and is enforced by the database, not just by the app: the blocked person cannot write to you, see your content or comment on it.
By e-mail. Write to kontakt@dronhang.com with the subject "Child safety". Describe what you saw and where, and give the username. Do not send us the material itself — telling us where it is is enough; passing it on is a crime in itself.
If someone is in danger right now, call 112. You can also report illegal content involving children directly to Dyżurnet.pl (NASK), the Polish team that receives such reports and passes them to the Police.
4. What we do with a report
Reports about child safety come before everything else — we get a separate notification marked "urgent", and they sit at the very top of our queue. Once we confirm a violation, we:
- remove the content from the app and from our file storage,
- block and delete the account that published or sent it,
- report the case to Dyżurnet.pl and the Police, and cooperate with law enforcement by providing the data they lawfully request.
We do not routinely read private conversations — our privacy policy says so. With a report we rely on what the reporting person describes, and we access the content of a conversation only when the law requires it.
5. How we prevent it
- Accounts from age 16, with a confirmed e-mail address or Google sign-in.
- Two-way blocking, enforced in the database.
- No live location sharing. Public flying spots appear on the shared map only after we have checked them, and a flight carries no coordinates if the pilot does not want it to.
- Reporting from the menu of every piece of content and every profile, without leaving the app.
- Human moderation — a person looks at every report.
6. Help for young people
If you are under 18 and someone online is pressuring you, asking for photos or threatening to publish something — it is not your fault. Talk to an adult you trust, or call the free Child and Youth Helpline 116 111 in Poland (anonymous, day and night).
7. Child safety contact
The app operator, Tymon Mikołajczak, is responsible for child safety at DronHang. Questions about these standards and reports: kontakt@dronhang.com, subject "Child safety".
